One of our largest projects was the complete refurbishment of a penthouse apartment in London. Working closely with the client and architect, we took on the role of principal contractor and managed the procurement, construction and schedule. We were presented with a standard interior and layout, which we stripped out and remodelled around the architects plans. Where required we coordinated our various subcontractors to install new electrics and plumbing along with various other trades. Alongside managing the site works we designed and manufactured the bespoke joinery items to dovetail in with the project schedule. Items included a bespoke kitchen with spray finished fronts, a corian worktop, powdercoated wine rack and a glazed screen. We also manufactured the bespoke wardrobes for the dressing rooms, floating picture rail shelves in the hallway and a TV media unit as well as various other items.
